Tired of 7-minute visits and admin overload?

Launch Your Own Direct Primary Care practice in 90 Days

to gain your freedom and reclaim your passion for medicine

Teach Me How!

Like you, I entered medicine to make a difference. But the system turned me into a rushed, undervalued cog.

I remember thinking: either I quit, or I betray my calling. Neither felt like an option.

That’s when I discovered DPC, and it gave me back my purpose.

DPC is Possible for Any PA

Picture waking up without dread, knowing your schedule has only a handful of patients you actually have time for.

Instead of rushing through 20 visits, you sip coffee, review charts at your own pace, and walk into clinic confident you can give each patient your full attention. And you’re at peace because you know you’re getting paid what you deserve.

It’s not a specialty clinic. It’s not a med spa.

It’s your own direct primary care practice.

Your phone dings and it’s a patient texting a quick update. You smile, because you know you’ve built a practice that actually works for them and for you.

The Dream a Reality

TrueCare DPC, a direct primary care practice founded by Golfran A. Rivera, PA-C in Fayetteville, NC

TrueCare DPC began as a small 64sqft space that my dad, a friend, and I built over the weekend inside a jiu jitsu gym.

It was only 68 days from the time I submitted my application for practice license to the day I enrolled my first patient.

Now, in less than 2 years, I’ve built a thriving practice and enjoy both time and financial freedom while practicing high quality primary care!

I Want That Too!

More About Me

I didn’t always want to be in medicine. I’ve never liked the way the US healthcare system is set up. But I was called to it, and soon found myself serving as a PA in the US Army.

It wasn’t long until my lived experience matched my expectations. Rushed encounters, overworked, and unfulfilled. I didn’t know what I was going to do. I knew medicine was my calling, but I also knew I couldn’t actually practice medicine in our healthcare system. So, I decided to do something different.
